By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking and Consultation

All bookings must be arranged in advance. To ensure we meet your specific requirements, we will conduct a pre-clean consultation to discuss and document all necessary details.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning service. Any cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a charge.

Payment Terms

Payment must be made within 24hrs of your clean. We accept payments via BACS, cash, or card. Late payments will incur a £5 daily fee until the invoice is cleared.

For End of Tenancy cleans and other large cleaning jobs, a deposit of 50% will be required before the day of the clean.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided except in exceptional circumstances. Our priority is to rectify any issues to your satisfaction.

Parking Requirements

Where possible, parking should be provided for our cleaning team. This facilitates efficient and timely service delivery.
